I’ve spent years immersed in the study and practice of transformation—from the clinical to the mystical. I trained in holistic health and life coaching through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute. I studied alchemy, spiritual direction, and group facilitation through lineage-based mentorships and powerful non-traditional programs. I took every course I could find—not to stack credentials, but to save my life.

And it worked.

I’ve lived through poverty, codependence, grief, and trauma. I rewired patterns that ran generations deep. I rebuilt my nervous system. I stopped betraying myself just to survive. I don’t coach from a pedestal — I coach from the very pit I climbed out of. Yes, I have credentials. But my most important credentials are the scars I carry — proof that transformation isn’t theory. It works.

Through biblical wisdom, universal law, and neuroscience, I guide women to stop self-betrayal, reclaim their God-given identity, and step fully into the life they were born to live: confident, prosperous, and at peace in their power.
